Reduce stress and muscle tension, improve flexibility and strength, and learn breathing techniques to manage your mood. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring an exercise mat. Tai Chi

Qigong

Qigong is an integration of physical postures, breathing techniques and focused intentions. The gentle, rhythmic movements of Qigong reduce stress, build stamina, increase vitality and enhance the immune system. The instructor is Ming Wu, PhD.

African Hand Drumming
