If you are dropping a patient off for day surgery, there is a dedicated entrance in the Clough Surgical Center lot, which is across from the parking garage. If you are dropping a patient off for another test in the hospital, you may do so at the main entrance. If the patient is going to the John Cuming Building, there is a separate drop off area directly outside the John Cuming Building entrance.
Please pay for your parking prior to returning to your car. Payment kiosks are located in the hospital’s main entrance, as well as in the John Cuming Building and Clough Surgical Center lobbies. These machines accept cash, credit and debit cards. (Cash is not accepted in the John Cuming Building or Clough Surgical kiosks.) Payment may also be made with a credit or debit card at the exit gates. There are no attendants at the exit gates.
Finding your way around the hospital
The main entrance near the parking garage is considered the hospital’s second floor, which is actually at street level when you enter the building. The Cafeteria and Gift Shop are on this level. Patient units are located on the third, fourth, fifth and sixth floors of the hospital. On level three, a central corridor connects the three wings (Wheeler, West and North) to the John Cuming Building. The Naka Infusion Center, medical records and administrative offices are also located on level three. Elevators are located in the North and Wheeler wings.
