Our experience at Emerson was excellent
I just wanted to commend the patient registration person
and the entire radiology department who were working on 10/23 at approximately 8:00 pm.
Our two-year-old son hurt his left foot and X-rays were ordered.
Our experience at Emerson was excellent. The registration was the fastest I have ever seen, and the woman who registered us was very kind and helpful.
Everyone we encountered in the radiology department (Janet, Bob, Marian and one other gentleman plus the radiologist) were so kind.
X-raying a squirmy, mad two-year-old can be pretty tricky, but Janet and Bob knew exactly how to handle it.
