PRACTICAL AND EFFECTIVE SELF-DEFENSE for Adults, Teens, Children and Families
Learn physical and verbal techniques for self-defense and personal and family safety in these fun and practical progressive classes. Presented by Internationally Certified Instructors Len and Johanna Glazer, 3rd degree black belts from The Concord Self-Defense Academy.
$100 for an individual student, $80 for each additional family member (age 6 and up).Six-week sessions begin Sunday, September 13th and November 1st, 3:00-4:30 pm.
NEW! SELF DEFENSE FOR SENIORS
This seminar is geared towards the needs of senior citizens. Topics such as travel and transportation safety, being alone at home, known offenders, theft and assault, personal safety devices and use of one's voice will be covered. YOGA & MEDITATION
Reduce stress and muscle tension, improve flexibility and strength and learn breathing techniques to manage your mood. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring an exercise mat. MINDFULNESS-BASED STRESS REDUCTION for people who are diagnosed with Cancer.
The stress of living with cancer can benefit from a personal healing quest – to find coping and healing skills you can use every day. In this 3 week class, we will explore Mindfulness Practices, Energy Techniques and Personal Expression as ways to support you on your journey.
Mindfulness practices will support you in meeting your fear in a new way. Energy Techniques will teach you how to maintain your energy levels and learn to develop stronger boundaries for yourself.
