Emerson Hospital was named a 2016 Most Wired Hospital by the American Hospital Association’s Health Forum. The honor is based on an extensive survey that was completed by 2,146 hospitals across the country. Just 364 hospitals received the distinction, including seven in Massachusetts. The survey examined how hospitals leverage information technology to improve performance in the areas of quality and safety, clinical integration, infrastructure and business and administrative management.
