Makes one serving (glass)
1 tbs fresh mint
Ice
Mango juice
Ginger beer or ginger ale
Gently muddle 1 tbs of fresh mint leaves in the bottom of a tall glass.
Add ice and fill the glass about one-quarter of the way with mango juice.
Top the drink off with ginger beer/ ginger ale
Stir together and garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
3 fresh mint leaves
¾ cup watermelon juice
½ cup club soda
Small watermelon slice
Mash 2 mint leaves in bottom of large glass with muddler
Fill glass one-third full of ice; add ¾ cup of watermelon juice
Top with ½ cup of club soda
Garnish with small watermelon slice and mint leaf
