Emerson Health Named a Top 100 Women-Led Business in Massachusetts

For the sixth consecutive year, Emerson Health as well as President and CEO Christine Schuster, RN, MBA, are named on the Top 100 Women-Led Businesses in Massachusetts list — coming in at number 11. The complete list is featured in the October 30 issue of the Boston Globe Magazine.

This annual feature is compiled by The Women’s Edge (formerly The Commonwealth Institute) and the Globe Magazine to celebrate the state’s leading organizations run by women.

Leaders of healthcare and social service organizations, universities, retailers, financial institutions, and more are included. Emerson is the only independent community health system on this year’s list.
