Katie attended Boston University where she received her Bachelor of Science in speech, language, and hearing sciences and her Master of Science in speech and language pathology. She is a member of the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA). Katie has worked in pediatric private practice clinical settings as well as in the home setting through early intervention. Her passion is helping children and their families meaningfully communicate and participate in daily activities together through playfulness, curiosity, and connection. She aims to balance family goals and values with current research and theories of child development for optimal outcomes.
