Emerson Health Connected Care is a new, modern approach to occupational health that goes beyond pre-screenings and worker’s compensation assessments. Through our membership-based model, we offer care navigation to help your employees and their families get the care they need fast.
Emerson Health Connected Care is available to employers and their employees. With an Emerson Health Connect membership, your employees have an “inside” partner called a navigator, dedicated to helping them quickly access care, including:
- Assistance finding a Primary Care Provider who is just right for them
- Quick and easy access to specialists
- Easy access to urgent care at our three locations as well as “no travel” virtual urgent care options
- Fast access to our virtual behavioral health program through a partnership with Colony Care Behavioral Health
- A complete portfolio of Employee Health and Occupational Medicine services for new employee onboarding, return-to-work support, and expertise to help manage any work-related injuries
- Clinical affiliation with Mass General Brigham for streamlined connections to more advanced care when needed
Consider Emerson Health Connected Care “concierge care for the rest of us.” Our membership program is a fraction of the cost of other concierge programs, and we offer a wide range of services to meet the needs of your employees and their families.
Members will enjoy the convenience of a single Emerson Health medical record and coordination between all services.
