Melissa graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas where she received her master’s degree in social work with emphasis in direct practice. She has experience in home care, hospice and palliative care, family counseling to include children and adults, school system social work, behavioral health and addictions treatment, and has served on disaster action teams with the American Red Cross.
