Topics for discussion include selecting a secondary healthcare setting versus aging in place and recovering at home with the assistance of rehabilitative services, managing and/or mishandling medication and available support for caregivers. This free program is brought to you by the Auxiliary and Corporators of Emerson Health in collaboration with Emerson’s Community Benefits program. Click here to register.
