About Me
It has been scientifically proven that health is impacted by one’s early life experiences, on the epigenetic level, and is multi-dimensional throughout a lifetime. My focus is to deliver evidence-based and trauma-informed healthcare that attempts to honor the science and address these dimensions, partnering with the patient--who is an integral member of the healthcare team. I have served on multiple Medical Ethics committees for many years. I champion all historically medically-marginalized patient populations. LGBTQ+ ally. Personal interests include volunteering for multiple humanitarian non-profit organizations, both domestic and international.
