Pre-Registration

We know you are busy and we respect your time. So to make your visit to Emerson Hospital as smooth and efficient as possible, we encourage you to call ahead to pre-register for specific tests or appointments. Please have your insurance card(s) ready when you call.

• To pre-register for tests and appointments at any Emerson facility (except for outpatient rehabilitation services), please call 978-287-3062.
• To pre-register for outpatient rehabilitation services in Concord and Westford, please call 978-287-8200.

If you do not pre-register by phone for appointments located on the Emerson Hospital campus or at an off-campus location, you will need to visit the registration department at your scheduled location at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment.
